In ancient Mesopotamia a cloth merchant has a cloth of length 121 meters and another of length 77 meters which he wishes to cut into strips of equal length. How many meters long should he cut the strips so that he gets strips of equal length that are as long as possible?

77 meters= 7 pieces of cloth that are 10 meters in length
