How to wash jrotc uniform?( khaki uniform)

I'm a ns1 and I'm scared I mess it up so plz tell me what type of water to wash it with and what setting. i do not want to pay $300 for this​

1.Wash every time after you wear the shirt.

2.Wash with moderately warm water.

3.Use wash and wear or delicate wash cycle.

4.Do not use starch.

5.Do not use harsh detergent.

6.Dry in tumble or warm setting in dryer.

7.Iron with iron set to mild to medium setting.
