10. If the DNA of a species was analyzed and it was found that it contains 27% Adenine. What percentage would be Thymine? What percentage would be Cytosine and Guanine each?

if someone could answer this and give an explanation then that would be awesome

Answer: 23 percent

Explanation: the adenine is 27 percent which means guanine should also have 27 percent as well. Now, cytosine and thymine must have a percentage of 46 percent together. Cytosine alone cannot contain 54 percent or 30 percent as it will violate the chargaff's rule.
