Both The plain tribes and white settlers benefited from the existence of Buffalo in the great plains. The buffalos can be used to help with the agriculture, and to be used as food source.

The tribe' primary way of living is through hunting and agriculture. The settlers on the other hand , have any other sectors of the economy to fall back onto (such as mining, selling tools, Railroads, etc)

Because of this , The tribes experienced more negative impacts that the white settlers After the termination of buffalo in the great plains. It made them have less food source both from agriculture (since the buffalos are needed to fertilize the soil) and the meat product.
