Explanation:

m= 2

x1 = -6

y1 = 3

Applying the formula,

y-y1 = m(x-x1);

we have,

y - 3 = 2(x -(-6))

y- 3 = 2(x + 6)

y - 3 = 2x + 12

y -2x -3 -12 = 0

y -2x -15 = 0

Therefore the equation of the line is;

2x - y + 15 = 0
