(By mints I hoped you meant candy) 480 packs of gum

Explanation:

2 packs of candy for every 6 packs of gum. Divided beach side by two to get ration of 1:3. This means that for every 1 pack of candy 3 packs of gum are sold. 160 x 3 = 480.
