y=3/4x+1/2
Use the equation y=mx+b and plug in the coordinates and the slope into the equation.
2=3/4(2)+b
You need to find the b (y-intercept).
2=3/2+b
1/2=b
Now that you know the slope and the y-intercept the equation is y=3/4x+1/2
