If a religious practice and law conflict which one is valid?​

Answer:

This depends wether or not an existing law allows for religious practices to be exempt from certain laws. If there is no such law that allows for religious practices to be exempt from certain laws, then the law would be valid. If there is such a law that allows for releigious practices to be exempt from certain laws, then religious practice would be valid. This really depends on a case-by-case basis.
