Answer:

A man had some money with him...most of his friends used Thier money for either trade or trade and lottery...

But this man used his money for only lottery saying" if I use all my money for lottery and win...I can build a market and traders might sell in it".

Then when the time was due, the man took the money and went to the lottery and placed his money in it eager to hear " jackpot", he heard" try again later".

And then the man had no trade nor money.

"Do not count your chicks before they hatch".
