P(x = 0) = (e^-3.2 * 3.2^0) / 0! = 0.0407622

P(x = 1) = (e^-3.2 * 3.2^1) / 1! = 0.1304390

P(x = 2) = (e^-3.2 * 3.2^2) / 2 = 0.2087024

P(x = 3) = (e^-3.2 * 3.2^3) / 3! = 0.2226159

Hence ;

0.0407622 +0.1304390 + 0.2087024 + 0.2226159 = 0.6025195

= 0.603
