The two types of anaerobic respiration are alcoholic fermentation and lactic acid fermentation. Alcoholic fermentation converts sugars like sucrose, glucose, and fructose into cellular energy. This then converts into ethanol and carbon dioxide. Alcoholic fermentation takes roughly two or three weeks to fully complete. Lactic acid fermentation creates ATP, a molecule that animals as well as bacteria need for energy, when there’s no oxygen. To form lactic acid, glucose needs to be broken down into two lactate molecules. Later, lactate and hydrogen will form lactic acid.

hope this helps! :)
