Question

please help my parents always think I'm lying to them for "lying" like a year ago which they had no proof that I was lying they just thought I was and its always been that they think I'm lying because before that they think I'm lying :( and I get my phone and stuff like that taken away so I cant talk to my one friend during quarantine that I already get to talk to about 20 min every 3 daysn:(
