Okay so what you are dealing with here is scatter plots and I can tell by looking at this graph that it shows a negative correlation because the dots are decreasing or going down as values are increasing...... It is a negative line due to the fact that it starts off high on the y axis and then starts getting smaller as the x’s grow. Correlation is then represented by if the dots almost form a line. Due to the dots forming an obvious line I would saw negative strong linear. I hope this makes sense.
