Good:
Plentiful natural resources - oil, farmland, freshwater
Entrepreneurism
Capitalism - (although some would argue this is bad)
Private property rights
Stable government
Good education system - especially college and university
Central Bank independence (although this may be changing, lol)
Consumer-based economy
Service-based economy
Bad:
Big income disparity between rich and poor (likely a side-effect of capitalism) may cause economic imbalances
Old infrastructure - Bridges, roads, public transportation is old and needs updating
