Answer:

When moving into an apartment there are a multitude of things to consider. Ask yourself

1. Is the location of the apartment helpful for my daily commute?

2. Is the apparentment in a good neighborhood?

3. Does the apartment building itself meet my standards?

4. Can I afford to live there?

Build credit, save at least the first three months tenth to give you catch up time, also look for an affordable, safe studio in an area where cost of living is low.
