A construction company is setting up signs on a 6 3/4 mile stretch of road. If the company places a sign every 3/4 of a mile, how many signs will it need?

Note: the company will place a Sign at the beginning of the stretch,

Answer:

10

Explanation:

6 3/4 ÷ 3/4 = 9, and plus the sign at the start of the road it would be 10

hope this helps :)
