In today’s politics, it’s a two-party system because think of the elections it’s either Democrats or Republicans. That’s the biggest difference because during that era there weren't diverse political parties in the government.

In today’s politics it’s more of a 2 party system because think of the elections, people rarely vote for the Green Party or independent, it’s either DEMOCRAT OR REPUBLICANS. That’s the biggest difference because during that era it wasn’t diverse political parties in the government, if you had a different belief or didn’t support the president he threw you out.
