Answer: well all girls are different on their periods. experiencing severe cramps right during and after a period can be very common sometimes cramps will be minor sometimes very painful. light bleeding or spotting or heavy bleeding. sometimes headaches can occur. woman get very emotional and moody but the cycle is 1 week every month and usually in a distinct pattern if bleeding occurs on an irregular schedule being bleeding more than one week in a month or not bleeding at all it is highly reccomended to talk to your doctor
