Answer:The sum of three numbers is 112.

a+b+c=112

The second number is 5 times the first.

b=5a

so a+5a+c=112

6a+c=112

The third number is 20 less than the second. What is the second number?

c=5a-20

6a+5a-20=112

11a-20+20=112+20

11a/11=132/11

a=12
