Answer: y=2

Explanation:

*ALWAYS COMBINE LIKE TERMS*

-5x+4y=3x (we have to add 5x with 3x which gives us 8x)

the equation is now 4y=8x

now we just divide 4 on both sides (don’t worry about the Y)

8/4 is 2

so that’s how y=2
