My , oh my , what a pervy question.

Two players collide with each other (I dont think they stick together though) and what happens during collision of two bodies is that after the collision , they get pushed apart due to the momentum generated (Newton 2nd law) during collision because they collide with such heavy forces.

Also this is Linear motion (straight line motion).

The collision is inelastic collision because both players hit each other (stick?) with different velocities.
