There has been much discussion in our country about whose responsibility it is to teach children discipline and manners. Some say teachers, others say parents, others say the community. What do you think? Who should be responsible for this important task?

I think parents are responsible because it is their children that do not have discipline. Their teacher should not have to teach them that. They have to learn that from home.
