This function will start at (0,2) and proceed to the right (based on its family function of √x) and since it has been shifted up 2 from f(x) then we will move two units up.

The domain can be considered the range from right to left that the function is restricted in. In this case, it starts at -2 (Which the function doesn't reach) and will stop at 7.

So the Graph you are looking for will start at (0, 2) and proceed to the right until (7, 4.6) ish. I have included a table to help your graph it!
