In y=mx+b form it would be
y=-4x+7
because 7 is the y-intercept and the slope will be the m in “mx”

Answer:

y = -4x -1

Explanation:

(-1, 3) y = mx + b

3 = (-4)(-1) + b

3 = 4 + b

-1 = b
