Explain why an Organism genotype maybe homologous but never homologous recessive.

Answer:It helps an organism reproduce and therefore appears more often. And since dominant alleles sometimes are heterozygous, even if an organism with the dominant gene was able to reproduce, it could still produce a recessive offspring. So I would say that the gene that helps the organism reproduce would actually be the more prevalent trait
