Exercise and spend time outdoors. Working out is perhaps the most positive and efficient way to reduce hyperactivity and inattention from ADHD. Exercise can relieve stress, boost your mood, and calm your mind, helping work off the excess energy and aggression that can get in the way of relationships and feeling stable.

Answer:

ADHD is a disorder that makes you unfocused, mentally slow, and sometimes can even be so bad that you have to take medicine to help. it can be very bad or can not show as much. medicine can help alot but can effect you when your older, for example, my father has ADHD and his parents forced him to take medicine every day and he is now 48 and has twitches, ceacers (i cant spell) and he now get barely any sleep.
