Answer:

y=3/4x-6

Explanation:

u have to use the y2-y1/x2-x1 to fid the slope which is 3/4

then use slope intercept form which is y=mx+b to find if the equation has a y-intercept, plug in on point into the slope intercept form -12=3/4(-8)+b and u would get 6.
