(PQ)/(QR) = (-4)/(3)

Explanation:

Given that ∆PQR ~ ∆RST, if
(PQ)/(QR) gives us the slope of line PR, it will also be equivalent to the slope of line RT, which is given as
(PQ)/(QR).

Therefore:


(PQ)/(QR) = (RS)/(ST)


(PQ)/(QR) = (-5 - 3)/(2 -(-4))


= (-8)/(2 + 4)


= (-8)/(6)


(PQ)/(QR) = (-4)/(3)
