Answer:

9.5x + -11y

Explanation:

4(2x - 2y) - 3y + 3/2x

8x - 8y - 3y + 1.5x

(8x + 1.5x) + (-8y - 3y)

9.5x + -11y

why we to 4(2x - 2y)?

because we have a rule we need to do it and we have to always start with the bracket then the exponent than the multiplication and division than addition and subtraction, let's go back to the question, waste of time .

CONTINUE!!! after we do the bracket we divide 3/2x, then we arrange them the proper way than we simplify them and done then you get 9.5x + (-11y)
