Solve for the y= mx + b first
8y = 48 + 2x
Y = 1/4x + 6
The M is the slope
So slope is 1/4

Answer:

1/4

Explanation:

To find the slope you need it in slope-intercept form: y=mx+b

So we need to move the numbers:

-8y=-2x-48 (Move the 2x to the other side)

y=1/4x+6 (Divide by -8)

m is the slope so 1/4 is the slope
