I am accused of stealing a boxx of Velveeta from Giant food. I have no criminal record. I am held in Jail for a year before my trial. The judge sets bail at $10 million. I repeatdly ask to see my lawyer but I am always told that all the state appointed lawyers are busy helping other customers. Have my rights been violated?
