1st Amendent. Freedom of speech allows people to speak their thoughts and debate fully in order to imrove soceitie. It would be bad if we removed the government could imprison who disagreed with them. The 4th amendent allows people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures. If this was not in the amendent the government could search you if they disagreed. The 6th amendent allows you to have a speedy trial if it wasnt there the government could hold you on. The 8th amendent protects you from excessive bail if not there the government could bail with high charges
