In 2002, there were 2,058,000 male and 1,964,000 female live births. It makes no sense to calculate a confidence interval for the percent of male births in the United States for that year. Why not

Answer:

inference is unnecessary for whole population.

Explanation:

As per the question it is mentioned that in the year 2002, there were 2,058,000 male and 1,964,000 female also there is no need to determine the confidence interval for a male birth percentage in the united states for the same year as the inference is not necessary for the overall population

And, the same is to be considered
