Does requiring voters to have specific IDs create a 'poll tax like' barrier for people vote?

Answer: Yes

Explanation: This is because there has to be some form of identification to prove that they are elligible to vote. If there wasn’t a specific ID thing, then people at the age of like 16 or 17 might vote. This barrier is very important!
