by using IDENTITY- (x+a)(x+a)=x^2+(a+b)x+ab

thus,

here x=x

a=4

b=-3

So we can substitute the values in the RHS of the identity,

So we have,

x^2+{4+(-3)}x+4*-3

= x^2+(4-3)x+(-12)

= x^2+1x-12
