This could mean you should not have worry about thinking wether you are aprreciated or not, becuase if you deserve that apreciation then people should be reminding you that you are apreciated. For example parents. Parents should be shown apreciation from their kids, for what they ahve done for them. They shouldn't have to woeeey wether they are apreciated or not.
