Answer:

  • There should equilibrium state in the ecosystem in case of number of species, if there will be high species abundance there would be higher rate of competition in between the species also the predation can be easily seen in such ecosystem.
  • On the other hand if the species abundance is low then the competition between the species and predation can not be seen.
