Number of cups used for making one batch of cookie :-

$= 2 (1)/(2) \: cups$

Number of cups of flour I use = 7

number of batches of cookie I make :-

= 7 / 2(1)/(2)

= (7)/(1) / ((2 * 2 + 1))/(2)

= (7)/(1) / (5)/(2)

= (7)/(1) * (2)/(5)

= (14)/(5)

$= 2(4)/(5) \: batches$

Therefore , I have made :-

$2 (4)/(5) \: batches \: of \: cookies$
