One act of civil disobedience is pausing traffic to protest about not wearing masks. This is a peaceful way of spreading the word that masks must be worn. If this word gets around quickly, and it will, then maybe the society can realize that it just isn't safe. This does not cause any physical abuse, nor does it cause harm.
