I am writing an essay about the book Animal Farm.

Should I put the book title in paragraphs every time I use it in my work?
For example:
The novel Animal Farm has a strong message.
The novel "Animal Farm" has a strong message?

You can but you don’t have to! Also adding the by the authors name would be helpful
