At one point in the last year, I used to work out regularly. However, this all changed during quarantine as I slowly lost the motivation to work out. Due to me being in fitness class this year I started to work out again and doing the exercises made it into a habit. I noticed that during summer because of me not working out I gained a lot of weight. Exercising has helped me to lose it and I am much leaner now. I think I have gotten a lot more fit after doing the workout. My endurance has improved as I can do exercises for much longer. I have also improved my stamina as I can work out for longer without getting tired. I think I have improved the strength of my lower body. Compared to before I am a lot more confident in lower body exercises .
