Why do you think eclipses still capture human imagination and interest, even though we can now predict t understand them better?

Answer:

Eclipse is defined as an event in which one celestial body crosses another celestial body. for example Lunar eclipse, when the moon moves into the shadow of the earth.

Scientists has invented a lot about eclipses and now it is able to predict eclipses but human is a curious animal, different people have different views and beliefs, so people with religious beliefs have different imagination about eclipse. In the solar system everything changes with time, so we can't say that the prediction about eclipse will be true always.
