Can someone please solve this for me?
3p + q - 8p + 4q

-5p + 5q or 5q - 5p

Explanation:

For this equation, you would combine like terms to get the answer.

So you would combine 3p and -8p and get -5p. (whenever combining like terms, the variable always takes the sign in front of it that's why 8p is negative)

And then combine q and 4q which would make 5 q because a single letter always has a 1 in front of it regardless of it is shown or not.

Then you would set the equation up as it is shown above
