For the translation, I believe it would be:
First; a reflection over the Y axis and the new points would be A(4,4) B(2,2) C(2,-1) D(4,1). (The Y value should be the same and the X axis should be the opposite)
Second; It should be moved three units down to get the points that A’ B’ C’ and D’ lie

I *think* they are congruent. I forgot what it exactly means, but they still have the same shape size and have all the same angles.
