PLEASE HELP I NEED THE ANSWER ASAP!!!!!

Discussion Topic
The Founders of the United States gave much consideration to the division of responsibility between federal and state governments. They strove to strike a balance between an overbearing central government (such as the British government that had ruled them before the Revolution) and an overreliance on local governments (such as the structure of US government under the Articles of Confederation). Many citizens today continue to debate the correct balance between federal and state government.

What is your position? Name some areas of conflict where you think the powers are improperly balanced. Name some areas where you think the balance works well.

Answer:

I think that some areas of conflict include the senate because they only need a 2/3 vote to pass treaties from the exucutive branch and i think that they should need at least 6/7 just to make sure that what they are imposing is correct. A place that i think runs well is the presidents position it is just slightly over powered but that is okay. The presedential position is very well managed and controled to ensure that the citezens of the US are well taken care of.
