Intersecting chord theorem : If two chords intersect within a circle then the product of the measures of the segemnts made up of the chords are equal to each other.

Applying this theorem we would create an equation which would be 2 × x = 7 × 3

We then solve for x

2 × x = 7 × 3

==> simplify both sides

2x = 21

==> divide both sides by 2

x = 10.5
