How did Andrew Johnson’s Reconstruction plan differ from Lincoln’s plan?

The biggest difference between Lincoln's and Johnson's rebuilding plans was in relation to the rights of freedmen after the Civil War ended. While Lincoln sought to ensure that emancipated slaves had rights such as voting, Johnson's plan did not include these provisions.
