Two roommates, Caddo and Pez are found dead on the floor of their living room. The floor around

them is wet with water and there are pieces of glass shattered around the room where they were
found but there is no blood anywhere. The door was deadbolted from the inside. Beside the dog
who was sleeping in the room where they were found, no one else was in the room when they died.
How did they die?
