Osmosis is when the molecule moves across a semi-permeable membrane from and area of high concentration to an area of lower concentration, if the Isotonic process was occurring, the concentration of the water to the raisin would be the same of course if it takes water energy in order to get inside the raisin which requires the use of active transport.
