Why does unequal access to basic services amounts to social injustice

when people lack the basic needs, food water, shelter ect. they become unhappy and willing to work for a better future for there children and themseelvs. this happens when people that should be treated equaly are treated unequaly.

example:

one group of people is treated with high respects and gets allmost everything they want, wile the other group is the exact same in every way but this group is treated with disrespect and they struggle to get basic things like food and water. because the second group is treated badly people see that and instead of commpassion they treat the second group even worce and address it with disrespect. meanwile the first group is treated whell and has gained status.
